1. Go to Market (GTM) Manager Responsibilities:
TU Implementation & Field Coaching:
Conduct TU health checks for ASM/SS to ensure smooth implementation.
Assist sales teams to ensure the use of standardized forms and approved best practices tools.
Provide ongoing problem-solving to optimize sales processes.
Sales Intelligence Solution (SIS) Implementation:
Support the rollout of new solutions and train the frontline teams on effective usage.
Provide feedback to the SIS team for continuous improvement of the solutions.
Distribution Management Program (DMP) Implementation:
Assist in ensuring salesforce (ASM/SS) uses standardized forms and procedures.
Assist in setting up new routes and rerouting as per DMP guidelines.
Track performance frequently, proposing corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance from distributors, particularly regarding policies such as promotions.
2. Business Analysis:
Consolidate and report sales location data to the functional team for analysis and reporting.
Maintain records and performance profiles for sales locations based on performance, identifying potential business opportunities at respective sales units.
Provide actionable insights and updates to leadership and functional teams on territory performance.
3. Sales Performance & Operations Management:
Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall sales performance.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and distribution teams to align efforts for optimizing market activities, stock returns, and other operational processes.
Analyze risk factors, initiate cost-optimization strategies, and enhance efficiency in the sales processes.
Ensure smooth and effective management of sales operations, addressing challenges, and streamlining activities across markets.
4. Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives and strategies.
Provide clear data-driven reports with actionable insights to senior management and functional teams.

Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (Business, Marketing, Sales).
Experience & Skills:
A proven track record in sales or sales management, particularly in the FMCG sector.
Sales Capability Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in managerial or supervisory roles focused on sales capability, including GTM strategies, distribution models, and team coaching.
Strong knowledge of GTM, sales operations, distribution models, and sales performance analysis.
Exceptional analytical skills with a deep understanding of sales data and market dynamics.
Proficiency in Distribution Management Systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
Project management experience with a strong drive for results and efficiency optimization.
Soft Skills:
Strong leadership abilities and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in cross-functional teams and build effective relationships.
Strategic thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
