- Handle room plan to join program and push OTA for more selling.
- Update content and manage room availability on OTAs extranets
- Receive bookings from OTAs and contact guests via phone or emails before the trip to reconfirm the booking and get their needed information.
- Make monthly revenue report.
- Solve problems concerning about guests’ complaints and issues, case of bad weather and find alternative option for over – booked status.
- Available on Fanpage/ Trip advisor to directly consult about products.
- Proceed booking reservation with suppliers for confirmed bookings.
- Work with accountants to settle payments for suppliers.
- Create and manage client folders.
- Follow up customer service.
- Be able to travel on business trip when required

- At least 2 years working experience in similar position
- Excellent communicate skills.

- Able to work under pressure
- Demonstrating knowledge of job-relevant issues, products, systems, and processes
- Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work - Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.
- Good English including reading and speaking skills.
