To expand our business in Feed and Grain, we are looking for a qualified candidate to cover these main duties:- Regular visit to existing and potential customers/partners/suppliers;- Price negotiation with suppliers, deal with distributor to achieve sales target;- Foster the business with our existing customers and develop new business opportunities;- Build and maintain strong business relationship with customers / suppliers / logistic companies;- Gathering market and customers’ information;- Coordinate with Kanematsu overseas group in handling, solving claims;- Control shipment / delivery / stock (domestic and overseas);- Attend to and resolve customer complaint promptly and payment collection;- To ensure smooth running & operation in term of sales & marketing and daily functions;- Any other assignment from time to time by General Manager/General Director.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Age around 25 to 30 years old;- Male or Female;- College/University degree or equivalent qualification in economics or agricultural;- At least 2 year-experience of international sales, any experience of trading company will be advantage;- Good in English both oral and written;- Good communications & negotiations. Logical thinking. Good ability to report and explain;- Intention to work for long time (many years);- Willing to do teamwork.SALARY AND BENEFITS- Working from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm- Attractive salary package- Bonus achievement yearly in Jun - Annual salary reviewal - 18 days annual leave and 3 days medical leave- Full social insurance by actual salary under Local Labor Law- Annual health check-up- Travel Allowances for business trip- Personal Accidence Insurance 24/24- Travel Mate Insurance (oversea)- Company trip once per year.- Annual training programREQUIRED DOCUMENTS- CV should be English with face picture- If you have any achievement of excellent results in sports, art, music, volunteer etc, please share in detail with certificate or evidence of result.RECRUITMENT PROCESS - 2-3 rounds interviewPROBATION PERIOD- 60 days
