We’re looking for exceptional candidates to sell Spirax Sarco products and services to our customers in Vietnam. These individuals must have prior experience selling industrial products to customers within one of industries such as Food& Beverage, Oil & Gas, Chemical/Petrochemical, Refinery, Electronics, Animal Feed, etc and providing services to those industries. The Sales & Service Engineer will provide the expertise and solutions to all customers in the territory to help them with energy management, increase production productivity, operate safely and reach sustainability goals. Therefore, increasing Spirax Sarco Vietnam’s market share for new and existing products and services while meeting sales and profit margin goals.ResponsibilitiesSales• To generate profitable orders and meet or exceed the annual sales targets established jointly by the Team Leader, and the General Manager.• To generate profitable orders from the sales accounts assigned to you in such a way as to fully satisfy customers and establish a long-term relationship of trust and confidence between Spirax Sarco and customers.• To ensure that field activities, such as customer visits and walk-about surveys, are properly planned, organized, and executed to achieve maximum productivity and effectiveness.• To regularly analyse your field activities, determine the improvements required, thereafter act on them, to bring about a high level of productivity and efficiency.• To continually search for new prospects, to expand your customer base and to fully exploit any sales opportunities within your assigned area.• To develop a full understanding of the industrial base allocated to you and to be aware of the market activities and the competition within this segment. Thereafter identify the sales opportunities and work earnestly to convert them into orders.• To continually upgrade oneself through company conducted or company-sponsored training and self-study to maintain a high standard of product knowledge and selling techniques. To apply the knowledge attained by making technical proposals and highlighting the benefits as well as improvements to plant efficiency to customers and prospects.Services & Audit• Carry out duties associated with surveying and auditing of steam system equipment installed on customer sites across a variety of industries.• To commission, service and repair mechanical products installed on customer sites.• To commission, service and repair electrical / electronic products installed on customer sites.• Management of service contracts within the region.• Completing risk assessments for all work on customer sites.• Safe working at all times.• Prompt completion of administrative tasks• Maintenance of adequate home stock required for allocated tasks. Digital • Leveraging Connected Services for steam system and asset performance, reliability and optimisation aligned to the customer’s strategy and business • Leveraging portals and apps for an improved customer experience.• Generate and convert awareness of Digitally enhanced offerings into customer adoption and monetisation• Customer implementation and satisfaction of our digitally enhanced offerings• Support product development with market insight and feedback to drive continuous innovation of the Digital Offerings• Deliver expert insight reports and make recommendations to increase steam system performance, reliability and optimisation by working directly with internal and external customers and account representatives• Set the ‘Gold Standard’ for steam system optimisation by defining the reports, processes and solutions using data analysis tools to detect and predict steam system conditions and optimise the system and energy performance.• Provide ‘Walk the Data’ reports to generate insight that optimises a customer’s steam system and distils this into a meaningful report, which identifies opportunities for self-generated growth.• Co-create the Connected System in partnership with the Digital Hub and Sales Team, to distil their steam system expert insight into meaningful solutions aligned to the Customer Value Propositions (CVPs).

• Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or a related field, with five years outside sales experience selling/providing services for technical or industrial related product lines; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Experience in conducting “boardroom” style presentations and proficiency in current Microsoft Office tools and CRM business software preferred.
