Sales Service Representative

- Provide daily support to key accounts, customers, and prospects, in coordination with area account managers.- Perform/ Execute the Order to Delivery process, which includes but is not limited to the following, and ensure that orders are executed properly. - Order entry. - Following up the execution of the orders. - Logistics handling of orders. - Samples coordination.- Act as a key connector between customers and Marketing & Innovation, Supply Chain to ensure the orders meet timely delivery.- Initiate, if possible, any possible project that is beneficial and follow up.- Initiate contact and correspond with customers addressing pre-sales issues through emails & phone calls.- Upsell and cross-sell products.- Handle and follow up complaints from customers.
