Job Description:• New Customer Acquisition & Development:Proactively search for, approach, and build relationships with potentialcustomers (importers, fashion brands, agents, etc.) in the internationalmarket.• Customer Care:Maintain and develop good relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and contract renewals.• Sales Process Execution:• Receive and analyze customer requirements.• Coordinate with relevant departments (design, production, technical, etc.) to develop ideas, provide quotations, and propose optimal solutions for customers.• Negotiate contract terms, monitor order progress, and ensure timely delivery.• Handle arising issues during order execution (if any).• Market Research:Keep abreast of market trends, competitors, and customer demands to propose appropriate business strategies.• Reporting and Analysis:Prepare periodic reports on business performance, sales, and activities undertaken.

2. Job Requirements:- Education: College or University graduate majoring in Economics, Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields.- Experience: Preference for candidates with experience in sales, especially in garment, textile, or import-export sectors. Fresh graduates with excellent academic records and clear career orientation will be provided with dedicated training programs.- English Skills: Good communication skills in English.- Communication & Negotiation Skills: Confident communication, persuasive ability, and strong negotiation skills to reach favorable agreements for the company.3.
