1. Market Development:- Identify and expand the distributor network within the assigned area- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, supporting them in developing their retail system.- Monitor and analyze the market and competitors to propose effective business strategies. 2. Achieve Sales Targets- Ensure sales targets are met and exceeded.- Develop detailed sales plans and work schedules on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis. 3. Support and Consultation - Visit market with distributor regularly.- Advise customers on suitable lubricant products based on their needs.- Assist distributors in organizing promotional programs and product marketing events.- Implement sales promotion activities, events, and workshops to enhance product visibility and customer engagement.- Resolve complaints or issues related to products and services promptly. 4. Information Management and Reporting- Monitor and manage purchase order, sales report, forecast.- Regularly update customer lists and report business results and market conditions to management. 5.
