- Supervising the meeting executive, receiving comments, data synthesis from the KAE Team. Solve the problems that arise in the group (ex: Guest questions or complaints, the situation is expected...)
- Resolve the extraordinary concerns in the jurisdiction.
- Negotiate, propose promotions
- Track import, export, inventories, analyze, evaluate and control the amount of inventory and goods imported by week and month
- Find out information about competitors (prices, policies, programs ...)
- In charge of procedures related to orders, contracts and tracking until the order is delivered, promptly notify customers if any problems occur unexpectedly.
- Guide and operation staff follow standard quality and Service in the working area are allocated
- Perform other duties assigned by the direct management
- Combine with the other team supervisor and manager to put business strategy and plan to achieve the objectives.

- At least 2 Years of Key Account Executive Leader experience
- Ability to persuade, communicate well and take responsibility for work.
- Skills in capturing market, target customers.
