Sales Supervisor will need to work closely with company management for managing current customers and develop new customers to enlarge the company’s sales revenue and profit. Work with Asia Regional Sales Director & Team for the review of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales target, sales result and sales strategy. • Deliver individual sales target.• Find new customer, develop new businesses in both domestic & international trade lanes.• Develop SPP properly and productively.• Make plan to visit customers (both current and targeted newcustomers) daily, weekly, monthly. Prepare market updates,collect and analyze survey information.• Create strategy to re-approach inactive customers.• Work with Management team (direct and indirect Managers)for performance review of sales activities weekly, monthly,quarterly and annual basis.• Build up good relationship with carriers, logistics serviceproviders, government agencies, company teams and branches.• Being professional and highly disciplined.• Conduct sales calls, co-sales, and sale-leads.• Align to Sales policy, SOPs and company regulations.• Other sales related jobs assigned by CSM, GM and APAC Sales• Director

• Broad knowledge of sales strategies, capability of sales planning and plan executing.• SCM knowledge is required.• Computer Literacy: Good knowledge of MS Office Computer software & Sales Tools. • Fluent English ability in both written and spoken • Presentation skill: Good presentation skill to attract customersand management team.• Interpersonal Skills: Persuasive, ability to understand teammembers, other team managers and become team player.• Maintain good working relationship with team members andlogistics service providers.
