Sales Support Supervisor

- Ensure stable and monitored communication channels across key trade lanes.- Support Business Development (BD) with prospect approach and sales tools- Assist BD in SFP (Strategic Forwarding Program) for IFF and join BD to meet with key clients on target trade lanes to provide market insights and enhance client relationships.- Analyze market trends, make monthly Market Update and analyze Yusen's strengths/weaknesses to recommend promotional campaigns.- Implement Short term and long-term Trade Lane/IV Campaign Management in coordination with BUs- Act as a consultant for the sales team.- Monitor and report BD sales activities and KPIs.- Manage CRM and conduct training for BD.- Tender management and project management- Work with Procument- Other Tasks as assigned
