- Lead and manage the Sales Support team to ensure efficient daily operations.- Coordinate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals.- Generate and analyse sales volume forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and customer behaviour to facilitate strategic decision-making and resource planning.- Manage customer relationships, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and potential areas of improvement.- Collaborate with other departments, such as Production and Logistics, to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery of products.- Monitor inventory levels and work with the Purchasing team to maintain optimal stock levels.- Collaborate with the Accountant team to manage debt, monitor contract terms, and ensure timely processing of payments.- Develop and maintain sales reports and forecasts to provide insights for decision-making.- Maintain a strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.- Train and mentor Sales Support team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University degree & above.- 2 - 3 years of experience at similar position (or Sales/ Market Research/ Trade Marketing position), in the same filed is a plus.- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.- Proficiency in English (Listening, writing & speaking)
