Mô Tả Công Việc
- Develop service sales strategies and achieve the biz. plan target
- Service sales & proposal and contract management (POG, SFM, FM)
- Internal service price policy set-up and quotation to customer
- Develop MOD & Repair sales and Spare Parts sales
- Manage A/R collection from customers
- Cooperate effectively with cross-functional Department, especially with accounting and logistics to ensure receivables and delivery of products is managed.
- Accurate order forecast management and report to General Director
- Interpret business performance and promotes its understanding in its business unit
- Lead and motivate a team of business analysis
- Maintain consistency of reporting and system use
- Regulatory compliance
- Be in charge of induction, training, coaching Team/staff
- Other duties not mentioned above but as required by GD

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- An effectively and smoothly run business compliance with VN legal requirement
- Meet sales target
- Comprehensive Sales & Business reports on time
- Feasibility studies, business analysis on projects/ ventures
- Advice on Sales & Operation policy to BOD
- Sound budget projection and control of expenses compliance/ legality enhancement
- Support BOD in development of internal audit function to improve the system of internal controls to monitor and manage risks, and recommend to BOD for necessary changes
- Improve service quality by deploying training programs on Services
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:
- Bachelor or Master degree
- Have equivalent qualification on elevator/ escalator.
EXPERIENCE:
- At least 5 years of experience in SVC manager
- Experience in providing consultation concerning: Elevator & Escalator
TECHNICAL & PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE: In-depth knowledge and understanding of:
- Budgeting, planning and statutory reporting
- Cost Management
- Good working knowledge of sales systems.
- Good command of English
- Good EL/ES knowledge
