Primary Objective: Lead and manage the MICE/Incentive sales team to drive revenue growth, develop corporate client relationships, and deliver high-quality travel and event solutions for inbound groups to Vietnam.Key Responsibilities• Team Leadership & Performanceo Supervise and coach the MICE/Incentive sales team to achieve sales targetso Monitor KPIs and ensure consistent performance across the teamo Organize regular training and skill development sessions• Client Acquisition & Relationship Managemento Identify and approach potential B2B clients (corporate, agencies, associations)o Build and maintain strong relationships with international partners and clientso Understand client needs and tailor proposals accordingly• Product Development & Event Solutionso Collaborate with internal departments to design customized incentive programs and MICE packageso Ensure alignment with client expectations, budget, and destination highlightso Stay updated on Vietnam’s tourism offerings, venues, and logistics• Sales Operations & Contractingo Oversee quotation, negotiation, and contract finalization processeso Coordinate with suppliers and operations team for smooth executiono Escort clients during site inspections or events when needed• Reporting & Market Insights• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities• Provide regular reports to senior management• Contribute to strategic planning and product innovation

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hotel Management, Foreign languages or other related majors• Minimum 3 years of experience in MICE/Incentive sales, preferably in inbound tourism• Strong knowledge of Vietnam as a destination and its tourism infrastructure• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills• Proficiency in French and English • Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
