With over 20 years in the industry, we have an established and stable customer base, with a portfolio of high-quality clients, allowing you to focus on leveraging existing relationships rather than searching for new leads.Key Responsibilities:• Client Portfolio Management: Manage and engage with both B2B and B2C clients, ensuring all their travel needs are met.• Tailor-Made Itineraries: Create personalized tour itineraries for inbound travelers who speak English.• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with international agencies and vendors to ensure smooth operations and solve any client issues.• Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and satisfaction.• Other Tasks: Additional duties will be discussed during the interview.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
