Work location: Tam Dao, Vinh Phuc. Daily shuttle service from Hanoi is provided.I. SUPPLY CHAIN STRATEGY:Implement and contribute ideas of supply chain strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to define supply chain priorities, optimize inventory levels, and enhance operational efficiency.II. LOGISTICS AND DISTRIBUTION:Plan, direct and implement the operational transportation strategy, distribution processes, and systems for overall distribution activities, including inventory management (all RMs and FGs), warehousing allocation, order fulfillment, and delivery arrangement from Tam Dao factory to different locations.2.1 Inventory & Warehouse Management:- Develop and implement efficient warehouse layout and inventory control to ensure accurate stock levels, minimize waste, and optimize space utilization, while complying with company procedures and quality standards.- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and make recommendations and suitable arrangements for inventory optimization.- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the timely and efficient flow of materials and products through related cold warehouses.- Manage the warehouse workforce, including data controllers and operation staff, pallet operators, and warehouse workers, to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.- Oversee the receiving, storage, and retrieval of raw materials, packaging, and finished beef products.- Maintain detailed records of all inventory movements, including incoming shipments, outgoing orders,and any discrepancies or losses.- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to reconcile records and identify any variances.- Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, such as order fulfillment rates, product damages,and productivity, to identify areas for improvement.2.2 Transportation:- Implement and support SCM Senior Manager to build operations of delivery map and distributing network from Tam Dao factory, including requirements, compliance, delivery equipment.- Manage the daily operations of the delivery team, including dispatchers, drivers, and customer service representatives.- Optimize delivery routes, schedules, and driver assignments to ensure on-time and cost-effective deliveries.- Optimize costs and performance metrics while identifing and resolving problems to meet delivery demands and operational efficiencies.- Collaborate with Southern SCM members to implement delivery objectives and monitor transportation providers, delivery schedule and quality.III. PURCHASING:- Implement related purchasing strategies and optimize purchasing processes to ensure the timely and costeffective acquisition of assigned scope of goods and services. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers,negotiate and manage contracts, manage payment to suppliers.- Monitor supplier compliance with quality standards and contractual obligations. Collaborate with suppliers to drive continuous improvement, resolve issues, and mitigate purchasing risks.IV. PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT:Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and support SCM Senior Manager to establish performance measurement to monitor supply chain performance.Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements, cost reduction, and risk mitigation within the supply chain to enhance company competitiveness.V. OTHER TASKS- Take responsibility for leading and developing a high-performing team, driving to achieve targets and objectives, and optimizing resources to maximize operation.- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement and ensure effective resource allocation within the supply chain department.- Other tasks as assigned by upper Manager, Director.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in related majors, (prefer) in supply chain management, logistics, foreign trade, international economics, business administration.Experience:- At least 7 years of practical experience in supply chain or warehouse management at multinational companies or large-scale companies in Vietnam.- At least 4 years of experience in a management position, (prefer) experience of developing ERP (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365).Technical Skills:- (prefer) good knowledge about meat and food hygiene.- (prefer) experience in frozen/chilled meat and by-products.Soft Skills:- Good presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.- Good skills in building cooperative relationships with partners.- Be creative with can-do attitude.- Leadership and ability to inspire colleague.Special requirements:- Good in English.- Proficiency in office computer.- Good planning and data analysis.- Ability to manage resources effectively.- Integrity, high commitment, and teamwork spirit.
