Scrum Master (Agile/ Jira) - Flexible OB Sau Tết

We are looking for an experienced and versatile Scrum Master who will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end delivery of the AI development teams, as well managing the release of multiple team’s features to production.Scrum Master’s critical responsibility is for the team and for optimal flow of work to DONE. Scrum Masters are expected to do this by setting the pace for delivery and being proactive in planning and forecasting upcoming deliverables.The ideal candidate is someone that thrives at managing complex stakeholder relationships and programs involving diverse team members. You will work closely with senior technology AI leads, product owners and other senior managers.To be successful in the role you should demonstrate pragmatism in your approach and be sensitive to the environment that we operate in, using your skills and knowledge to appropriately influence the delivery approach. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the adaptive delivery plan for multiple AI teams. Ensure it is integrated to the release plan.Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and continuous improvements plans for the AI teams.Provide status reports regarding milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership.Coach teams towards being self-organised for Agile / Scrum ceremonies. But be prepared to facilitate when required.Accountable for the quality of Agile / Scrum ceremoniesManage the team capacity and negotiate priorities, timelines with Product Owners and other stakeholders.Liaise with development teams, business and IT/technology partners on release scheduling and communication of processes.Ensure the release of features to staging/production comply with the company risk policies/frameworks and educate the AI team in the use of the risk tools and framework.Ability to create and maintain relationships with wide range of stakeholders (e.g. AI Tech Leader, Product Owner)Communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation.Support the teams in their communication to other teams, and stakeholders
