Sea Freight Forwarding Staff

* Number of Recruitment: 1- Receive booking or shipment information from customers, agents, sales department.- Check shipping schedule & arrange booking with shipping line, coloaders.- Check cargo status and receive Arrival Notice from shipping line.- Daily contact with customers or/ and partners for confirmation, check shipment information or other inquires.- Process SI, B/L, VGM, AN, etc…and input system.- To follow, file AMS/AFR/FMC and send ISF on time.- Make CN, DN to customers, partners and send shipping document, pre-alert to partners.- Follow up cargo till arrival at destination or till finishing cargo delivery. - Make payment to shipping line, suppliers & payment request to customers. - Support accounting team to collect debt from customers if yes.- Actively solve problem and report to team leader or department manager if yes.- Take care and follow customer’s inquiries relating to service or freight rate & together propose suggestions to improve quality if needed.- Prepare periodical reports as required.- Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
