Seafood International Sales and Product Development

• You have experience in Packaging and in New Product Development. If you have this experience in Food or in Seafood you will be considered much higher. If you have experience as a Quality Assurance you will also be considered much higher; • You will set up our products to be promoted to clients by creating the packaging and deciding materials, dimension, design and all features (box, printed bas, consumer packaging, display packaging, …)• You will actively collaborate with our graphic designers, chef, and sales and procurement team to continuously create and assemble new finished products to be promoted to our clients; • You are responsible for promoting our seafood products to the potential customers introduced by the company. You will actively send emails with pictures, information and sales offer. You will actively call the potential clients to follow up and ask for feedback, counteroffers and comments. Target sales channels are supermarket sales, distributors sales and processing factories sales; • You must maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. You will understand that you must never be silent with customer and make customer feel our attention and importance to us;• You will actively source for new products and suppliers based on guidance and instructions received, visit the factories and establish relationships with our QC team;• You will ask for offers from our existing supply base for our seafood products and offer them to clients using company email system and graphic design model;• You will prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information;• You may be required to travel actively around Vietnam, Indonesia as well as other countries to procure seafood, establish relationship with supplier, create new products;• You will be required to travel to our factory regularly to learn seafood, learn existing products and new products, get products offer list from our factory and necessary marketing materials;• You will join company in booth at international exhibitions to help promote and procure new clients.
