- Work with local and central State Agencies regarding the company’s activities.
- Prepare reports as required by local authorities concerned (DoC, DoPI, HEZA, Immigration Department, Department etc.).
- Prepare reports on legal works and issues of the company under the requests of top managers.
- Propose legal advice, consult for company’s activities and requests.
- Research legal documents, advise and compose documents as required by management.
- Review and revise the company’s procedures in legal field.
- Perform other jobs under the requests of company.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Education background
- Regular law university graduation.
- Had the lawyer card.
- Major: Law, Legal
- Gender: Male
- Foreign Languages English/ Korean is an advantage
WORKING EXPERIENCE
- At least 10 years of experience as a lawyer/ in-house lawyer.
- Good communication English/Korean skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
- Expertise in general legal knowledge.
- Having knowledge and experience in labor, finance, investment, enterprise, trade, import-export and intellectual property field.
- Experience in implementing and consulting various types of certificates (ERC, IRC), work permits, visa…
- Have good skills in managing, reporting, representing, reasoning, analyzing, problem-solving in an effective manner.
- Have independent as well as teamwork working skills.
- Have good skills of using office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
