DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate and control the overall patrolling by security guards on the resort ensuring that adequate guards are available at all times and that all areas are patrolled on a regular basis and ensure also that additional security guards are made available for events as required.
• Continually review the day to day activities and conduct of the contracted security guards and to report and record any lack of discipline or misconduct and inform the Chief of Security.
• Personally monitor all movements of hosts, visitors, contract workers, and guests in and around premises, in particular on guest floors; back-of-house areas, and the hosts entry/exit route ensuring that the security of premises and equipment is maintained.
• Monitor jetty screening to prevent the entry of unauthorized visitors to ensure that the permissive secure and that guests are not disturbed by the unwanted/ uninvited intrusions of unauthorized visitors.
• Coordinate the periodical but random, inspections of all hosts' bags, lockers, and vehicles, in conjunction with security guards and the Personnel Division if required to prevent pilfering of resort equipment or consumable stores.
• Conduct a preliminary inquiry of any incident or occurrence that is associated with security, of the Resort, its guests, visitors, vendors, and hosts and to submit a report on the inquiry to the Chief of Security.
• Record and report all acts of willful neglect of duty or breach of security regulations by any staff member, improper behavior by inebriated or drug-affected stiffer any matter which is necessary to report in the interests of security.
• Maintain a complete inventory and control of all bicycles on the island.
• Report any health or safety hazards to the Chief Security.
• Attend all staff and training meetings when directed by the Chief Security.
• Ensure that all duties are carried out in line with the Resort Policy, with high standards of personal appearance, personal hygiene, correct uniforms, and name badge as outlined in the staff handbook.
• Carry out any other duties as directed by the Chief Security.

Hours of work
Normally 8 hours per day on shift system but due to the nature of the work, the Security will also have a shift with 12 hours per day in some specific areas, work in the evenings, on weekends, on public holidays. He will be entitled to compensation day-off in accordance with your overtime or will be claimed extra remuneration for overtime.

Qualifications
- Graduated in High School/ College.
Experience
- Have working experience in 04-05 star Hotel/Resorts.
