Security Lead/ Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:1. Daily Security Operations • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards and external security contractors.• Ensure 24/7 coverage of security posts and patrol routes inside and outside the factory.• Monitor access control systems, CCTV, alarm systems, and visitor registration processes.• Conduct inspections of factory gates, warehouses, and production areas to prevent theft or intrusion.2. Incident Response & Investigation • Respond immediately to incidents such as theft, intrusion, fire, or accidents.• Conduct initial investigations, collect evidence, and report to Security Manager.• Support coordination with local police, fire department, and emergency services.3. Compliance & Policy Implementation • Ensure that all security activities comply with company policies, ISO standards, and local regulations.• Support Security Manager in implementing new security procedures and awareness training.• Conduct regular security audits and recommend improvements.4. Asset & Information Protection• Supervise control of material movement, tools, and confidential documents.• Ensure the security of company property, IT equipment, and production assets.• Prevent unauthorized use or transportation of company materials.5. Reporting & Team Management• Prepare daily and weekly security reports on incidents, patrols, and access control.• Maintain shift rosters, attendance, and discipline within the security team.• Support recruitment and training for new guards.• Propose improvements to strengthen security systems and procedures.
