Security Supervisor

• Maintain quality control for all Security operations. Perform tasks efficiently and effectively

• Be fully aware of the Security procedures. Familiar with your roles in all emergency procedures.

• Understands guest/staff needs. Treat all guests equally, NO discrimination

• Organize security measure for VIPs, special functions etc.

• Handling complaints - When a complaint comes, it needs to be resolved immediately within given authority. When beyond given authority, need to report to Superior timely

• Escort guest to another area of the Hotel rather than pointing out the direction.

• Report any broken or damage equipment to your superior

• Monitors all traffic in the perimeters of the Hotel

• Ensure high production in all work areas of the Security Department.

• Be ready to assist in all emergencies and conducts regular fire drills to ensure all drills are carried out accordingly

• Familiar with handling all Crisis Management (Fire, Drowning, bomb threat, Injury, Earthquake, Storm)

• Handle with proper attention the work assigned.

• Direct and implement training schedule for the staff as and when necessary

• To assist the Superior(s) in maintaining records of all training, fire drills, tests and recommendations for improvements.

• Listen to updated information of the town especially safety and security matters and report to the superiors immediately as necessary

• To manage outsource security team to perform the assigned duties as per the Standard

• To draw the weekly duty roster for outsource security team and submit to Security Manager for approval

• Closely monitor the performance and job attitude of outsource security team

• Report to Assistant Security Manager/ Security Manager the updated information of Security Officer or Guard as well as outsource security team

• Carried out all other duties assigned by Superior
