- Develop standardized training courses based on the Solaso model, covering topics such as "Referral Skills for Agents" and "3 Core Skills for Community Group Management", with complete delivery of PPT materials, case studies, and support toolkits.- Conduct at least 4 training sessions per month (both online and offline), ensuring that ≥90% of new trainees meet the onboarding criteria within 7 days, and agent course satisfaction scores reach ≥4.5/5.- Design practical simulations for scenarios such as order processing and handling customer complaints to improve post-training conversion results (with first-month GMV increasing by ≥30% after training).- Build a training effectiveness evaluation system that quantifies the value of courses using metrics like NPS, course completion rate, and behavioral change indicators.
