01. PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT AND CURRICULUM MANAGEMENT:• Design, develop, and update public speaking courses tailored to the needsof B2B and B2C clients.• Ensure alignment of programs with industry standards, client goals, andlearner expectations.• Conduct regular assessments and improvements to program contentbased on feedback and emerging trends.• Ensure Academic Team’s KPIs achievements.RESPONSIBILITIES02. INSTRUCTOR MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT:• Instructor management and development:• Manage, support, and mentor a team of instructors, ensuring they meethigh standards of teaching quality and professionalism.• Oversee the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new instructors.• Conduct regular evaluations of instructors’ performance, provideconstructive feedback, and organize professional developmentopportunities.03. STRATEGIC PLANNING & IMPROVEMENT:• Collaborate with senior leadership to define academic strategies thatalign with EIY overall goals and objectives.• Monitor industry trends and best practices to propose innovativeimprovements to existing programs and teaching methods.• Contribute to the long-term growth of the company by exploring neweducational offerings, formats, and delivery methods.04. QUALITY ASSURANCE & REPORTING:• Ensure that all academic programs are delivered in accordance with EIYquality standards and compliance requirements.• Oversee the assessment and evaluation processes, including exams,feedback surveys, and performance reviews.• Provide regular reports on academic performance, learner satisfaction,and program outcomes to senior management.05. LEARNER SUPPORT & ENGAGEMENT:• Champion a learner-centric approach, ensuring that the needs of alllearners are met throughout their journey.• Develop strategies for improving learner engagement, retention, andsatisfaction.• Collect and analyze feedback from learners, instructors, and otherstakeholders to enhance program delivery and overall experience.• Maintain a focus on ensuring a positive net promoter score (NPS) byconsistently delivering quality academic experiences

Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Education, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.• Proven experience in public speaking, training, or communication coaching.• Minimum of 3 years in an academic or training management role.• Strong leadership and organizational skills with a track record ofmanaging teams.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Proficiency in curriculum design and educational technology.• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups, including corporateclients and individual learners
