1. Client Management:Act as the main point of contact, ensuring client needs are met with exceptional service.Being the main daily contact with clients to ensure that all their needs are understood and addressed.Conduct regular meetings to understand client goals and provide strategic guidance.Develop and sustain strong relationships with key clients.Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires.Negotiating with clients and internal teams for maintaining the consistency of approved proposal.Manage client expectations and satisfaction on high standards on every campaign.2. Strategy Development:Devise comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to client objectives.Collaborate with creative, media, and digital teams to develop integrated marketing solutions.Stay abreast of industry trends to proactively suggest new ideas and innovative strategies to clients.Being capable of allocating the budget effectively, judge the quotations and add value to the daily job to control the strategic direction, communication plan, creative concept and execution plan to client.3. Campaign Management:Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.Successfully lead the planning, execution and optimization of client campaigns to deliver quality campaigns, good profit, and client satisfaction.Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.Troubleshooting problems and working with relevant people to address these issues.Monitoring campaign and project performance, timelines, human resources and budgets and report on these regularly to the General Director.4. Financial Management:Estimate and optimize budget to deliver positive return on spending.Oversee account budgets and ensure financial targets are met.Prepare detailed financial forecasts and reports for clients.Negotiate contracts and manage renewals to ensure continued client engagement.5. Performance Analysis:Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics.Provide clients with actionable insights and recommendations based on data.Continuously seek ways to improve campaign performance and ROI.6. Team LeadershipLeading a team to provide the utmost level of client service.Mentor and develop junior account managers and support staff.Foster a collaborative and creative team environment.Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new team members.Building the teamwork spirit; making evaluations of the performance of the staff.Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
