What You Will Do To handle and be responsible for full set of accounts pertaining to Accounting field, which includes, but not limited:• Record data on accounting book, make reports by monthly, quarterly, yearly in compliance with Vietnamese accounting standards and tax regulations of Vietnam.• Be responsible for guiding, checking, handling and recommending appropriate solution/procedure related to production and warehouse issues and enhance process smoothly and efficiently.• Performing and tracking payments to internal and external stakeholders• Daily sales turnover reports and customer’s debts.• Issue e-invoice and record accounting data as per tax policy.• Ensure accounting data and report accurate, complete and on time.• Work closely with outsourcing accounting service on providing accurate and complete reports to Tax Office• Work with auditor as required.• Budget forecasts.• Consistently update new accounting policy and tax policy or other legal documents.• Other Ad hoc works as requested by management.
