Senior Accountant (Urgent ) – 01 Vacancy

1. Reporting route- Report to Director and Manager at daily/monthly/yearly basic.2. Duties- Prepare accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with our established schedule and with input from the rest of the accounting department- Daily report to the Board of director: cash book, AR, AP, sales statements, purchased, stock in hand, net asset-Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance-Update accounting transaction in Misa accounting software -Make and submit tax report to the government on time: VAT, CIT, PIT. Make sure all reports are accurate and on time submission. - Monitoring inventory transactions- Process daily bank-related activities including but not limited to visiting banks, writing bank slips, bank transfers.- Coordinate with other departments to provide the document and information as the accounting department requires-Issue VAT invoice for customers; check accuracy and legal correctness of input VAT invoice. - Document, data, cash and bank account management- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensure timely bank payments- Make sure all costing are collected and calculated to the finsihed good.- Other tasks assigned by BOD.BENEFIT: - Salary: negotiate, up to 25 million dong and based on performance and skill. - Meal allowance after completing probation. - Yearly salary review + 13th month salary.- Insurance based on actual salary. - Work location: 24 Linh Lang, Cong Vi Ward, Ba Dinh, Hanoi
