1. Administrative & Office Management:- Execute and coordinate administrative processes to ensure efficient office operations.- Monitor office supply inventory and arrange the timely procurement of materials, adhering to budgetary constraints.- Oversee facilities services and maintenance activities, collaborating with contractors to ensure operational continuity.- Handle office operations, including renovations and event planning, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.- Track the flow of fixed assets to ensure proper asset management.- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations across all operational functions.- Facilitate communication between departments to support seamless business operations.2. Expats Offering Services:- Stay updated on local labor laws and best practices, in charge of the full cycle of expat paperwork and procedures to ensure timely compliance with deadlines.- Maintain internal databases and reports, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all expat-related processes.- Advise stakeholders on policies and procedures related to expat management.3. Employee Offering Services:- Handle all aspects of employee business trips, including decisions, requests, visa arrangements, hotel reservations, flight bookings, insurance, and per diem allocations.- Coordinate the health check-up process, including vendor selection, obtaining quotations, contract management, employee communication, and payment processing.- Process guest registration for internal visitors, including fingerprint collection, issuing access cards, office tours, and providing guest support.- In charge of communicating and announcements related to administrative functions, ensuring clarity and efficiency across departments.4. Administration Reports/ Process/ Policy/ Procedure System Management:- Prepare and submit office expense reports in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and accountability.- Assist in budget preparation by tracking and reporting on costs and expenses.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in administrative management.- Strong background in data management with excellent analytical, systematic, and problem-solving skills.- In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and regulations for expats.- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.- Leadership skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.- Proficiency in English, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint).- Experience in the Information Technology/ Software Development sector.
