Shuttle buses are provided from Ho Chi Minh, Bien Hoa & Binh DuongPlease note that the internal job title will be Senior Advisor, Employee Services Operations.Core Responsibilities• Carries out regular daily operations leading to ensuring proper and timely execution of Employee Services (ES) Operations administrative tasks within own scope.• Provide operational support to respective colleagues according to guidance from managers and specialists.• Support inputs provision and testing connected to global initiatives.• Maintain strong and positive relationship with external providers, vendors and internal stakeholders in order to secure high quality processing.• Cooperate with colleagues in team in order to secure continuous execution of tasks and delivery.• Challenge the process and identify areas for improvement with aim to achieve maximum effectivity and precision of our processes• Further responsibilities according to the instructions from line manager• HR Operations includes work across multiple administration areas for established HR and rewards programs including:• HR employment issues (hiring and termination processes and labor law issues, contract renewals and dismissals, trainee programs, expatriates, control/process of retirement, etc.)• Personnel records maintenance (job history, retirement and insurance documentation, leave accrual records and details of illness, absences, transfers, and salary progression, etc.)• Statistical reporting to internal management (employee demographics, skills inventory, absenteeism, overtime, employee turnover) and external agencies (e.g., government agencies, insurance companies, unions etc.)• Rewards program implementation and administration (e.g., compensation administration, employee benefits administration, etc.)• May be accountable for selecting and managing HR outsourcing vendors• Involved in delivering induction trainings to our new joinersPlay your part in our team succeedingThe Employee Services Operations Senior Advisor plays an important role in establishing a sustainable ES Ops department in the BSO.
