Senior AI & Backend Developer for eCommerce

SUMMARY:

As a Senior AI & Backend Developer for eCommerce, you will have the opportunity to deliver compelling technical solutions, taking ownership of significant parts of our AI-driven WowSuite platform: wowsuite.ai Your role will involve using numerous coding languages, with a primary focus on backend development using C#, JavaScript, T-SQL/NoSQL, and MongoSB. Experience in transactional efficiency is a big plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Lead Development for CXwow and FirstContact AI: Spearhead the development of new features and improvements for our marquee software, CXwow, and our AI solution, FirstContact AI. Use your strong knowledge of C#, JavaScript, web frameworks like ASP.NET and Node.js, and web service technologies such as SOAP and REST to drive innovation.
• Establish Integrations: Establish and maintain integrations between various WowSuite software and external platforms such as Shopify, PayPal, and Amazon. Leverage your understanding of API development and consumption, as well as your experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases. Developing AJAX interfaces with AJAX libraries and frameworks.
• Develop AI Applications: Develop innovative AI applications for various e-commerce software. Utilize your knowledge of AI and machine learning principles, coupled with your strong programming skills, to create solutions that enhance user experience and optimize e-commerce operations.
• Develop eCommerce Web Applications: Design and develop robust eCommerce web applications using a variety of development languages and frameworks. Employ your knowledge of SPA frameworks like Angular, React, and Vue.js, and ORM tools like ADO.NET, Entity Framework, and NHibernate.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate with business-level decision-makers and other cross-functional personnel to align development efforts with business goals and user needs. Use your understanding of software development processes like Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and Kanban to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
