 **About the Role:**As a Senior AI Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI and machine learning solutions. You will work closely with devops, software engineers, and product teams to deliver impactful AI-driven products and services. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a passion for leveraging AI to solve real-world challenges at scale. **Key Responsibilities:*** Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML models and systems for core business applications.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver high-impact projects from concept to deployment.* Support and share knowledge with junior engineers, contributing to a culture of technical excellence.* Research and experiment with emerging AI/ML techniques (e.g., GenAI, multi-modal models, LLM fine-tuning, AI agents) and assess their applicability.* Apply best practices for model versioning, explainability, fairness, reproducibility, and ethical AI deployment.* Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve the performance of AI systems in production.* Translate business objectives into technical solutions and clearly communicate results to both technical and non-technical audiences.* Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and AI regulatory requirements.
