Senior Analyst (Accounting & Finance)

We help our clients successfully navigate the unique contours of the Vietnamese business and policy environment in order to make strategic and well-informed business decisions. An Senior Analyst (Accounting & Finance) at GHC shall take an active role in examining financial and accounting records to conduct in-depth analysis and formulate legal advice and/or arguments thereof. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAt GHC, an Senior Analyst (Accounting & Finance) will:> Interact with the Client to collect financial and accounting data needed for execution of project;> Conduct research on a wide variety of regulatory, political, and economic issues in support of the project work, through open-source research and engagement with relevant stakeholders;> Work closely with team to conduct in-depth analysis of the collected data;> Develop legal arguments based on sound analysis of financial and accounting data;> Build and maintain productive working relationships with clients and relevant stakeholders;> Motivate team members, coach, provide guidance and on-the-job trainings to junior staff; > Support the management in executing business development activities, such as developing proposals, meeting with potential clients, participating in net-working events; and> Undertake other project and firm development works as assigned.
