Key Responsibilities and Duties: 1. Compensation & Benefits (C&B)• Act as a Maker for all C&B functions including payroll, taxation, insurance, and related reporting.• Ensure all C&B activities and reports comply with company policies and local regulations.• Coordinate with relevant government agencies such as the Social Insurance, Tax Authority, and Labor Department, and stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations.• Administer all staff benefits, other insurance programs (e.g., healthcare, accident insurance), Trade Union Fund usage, etc.• Manage HR C&B-related vendors (e.g., health and accident insurance providers).• Organize HR-led staff activities and events.2. Regulatory Reporting• Prepare and submit all reports required by local authorities.3. HR Data Maintenance & Systems• Serve as HR Administrator for all HR systems (e.g., leave management, overtime tracking, staff profiles—both online and offline).• Manage all leave types• Oversee HR policies related to working hours and attendance.• Maintain and update employee information across HR files, including organization charts, SMS system, emergency flowcharts, and HR information forums.4. HR Operations• Ensure smooth execution of onboarding and offboarding processes.• Provide HR-related information to other departments and employees as needed.5. Backup Responsibilities• Provide back-up support for other HR functions including recruitment, training & development, onboarding/offboarding, expat services, and other HR operations as outlined in the HR Procedures Manual when needed.• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the managers

**Position Requirements:Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in HR compensation & benefits, operations • In-depth understanding of labor laws, regulatory compliance, and HR best practices.• Proficient in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications.• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.• High level of accuracy and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
