We're committed to supporting your talent and skills through your career, as you help us build a culture that affects change for our customers and for the community too.YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES• PR Centralization Strategy & Governance• Define and implement a centralized PR creation and approval mode• Align centralization strategy with procurement policy and business goals.• Set up SLAs, KPIs, and escalation protocols• Manage daily PR creation, validation, and submission activities• Ensure accuracy of PR details • Coordinate with requestors, category managers, and finance• Partner with IT and system administrators to enhance PR-related functionalities and user experience• Lead and coach a team of PR specialists or coordinators• Allocate workloads, set performance goals, and conduct training• Monitor productivity, accuracy, and service levels.• Provide Subject Matter Expertise on P2P Operations processes and systems to colleagues. • Assist in the development and implementation of SAP Ariba to deliver value to our colleagues and suppliers. • Consult into projects or initiatives impacting P2P Operations, ensuring all impacts are identified and requirements are implemented. • Identify and drive the delivery of continuous improvement initiatives across P2P operations • Lead governance calls with the Manager of P2P and onshore teams and initiate discussions with key stakeholders around services
