We partner with leading multinational brands and operate within complex, high-volume production and warehouse environments where system reliability, security, and scalability are critical.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Solution Developer to support, enhance, and develop internal business systems used across production, logistics, and service operations. This role will work closely with operations, IT, and regional stakeholders to deliver stable, secure, and scalable solutions that support business growth.The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development capability combined with a solid understanding of production systems, databases, and enterprise IT environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, enhance, and support internal applications and system solutionsMaintain and optimise production systems and database designsDevelop and support reporting solutions using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)Support client/server-based environments, including system security and access controlsCollaborate with operations, IT, and business users to translate requirements into practical solutionsEnsure systems align with IS&T security and compliance requirementsProvide technical support and troubleshooting across systems as requiredBuild strong working relationships with internal teams and stakeholders
