Senior Architect/ Bim Manager

- Lead and manage the entire design process, from concept to construction, ensuring high-quality outcomes.- Oversee and contribute to Design Development (DD) and Construction Drawings (CD) phases of high-profile projects.- Supervise or assist in Construction Administration (CA) to maintain project integrity and design adherence.- Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ensure alignment with project goals.- Establish and maintain BIM standards, templates, families, and parameter-driven content from scratch.- Manage and coordinate BIM models across disciplines, ensuring efficient collaboration and data integration.- Optimize workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance project efficiency using advanced Revit techniques.- Conduct training and mentorship for teams to enhance BIM skills and software proficiency is a plus- Collaborate with international and local teams, including clients, stakeholders, and contractors, ensuring clear communication and high standards.
