Job Summary: The Translator will be responsible for providing high-quality translation services for the Board of Directors and Board Committees. This role will focus on translating documents and providing live consecutive and/or simultaneous translation during meetings to facilitate effective communication among Board members, Committees, and other stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:1. Document Translation: Translate meeting materials, reports, and other documents between English and Vietnamese.2. Live Translation: Provide live consecutive and/or spontaneous translation during Board and Committee meetings.3. Meeting Preparation: Assist in preparing agendas and meeting materials for Board and committee meetings. Ensure all translated materials are ready and distributed before meetings.4. Meeting Support: Assist in drafting Board and Committee meeting minutes in both English and Vietnamese.5. Administrative Support: Coordinate for logistics related to meetings, including travel and accommodation arrangements for directors. Follow up actions from meetings and ensure all translated documents are filed and managed properly.6. Compliance and Coordination: Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal procedures in all translation work.7. Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve translation skills and knowledge to provide high-quality services.8. Other Duties: Perform any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager or Supervisors related to translation and meeting facilitation.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field.• Proven experience as a translator, preferably in a corporate or board setting.• Excellent command of both English and Vietnamese languages.• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in translation.• Ability to provide live consecutive and simultaneous translation.• Good organizational and time management skills.• Previous Big4, Financial institution experience is a plus.
