You will complement development-based testing (Unit & Integration) by providing additional test layers including component, end-to-end, system and exploratory. We’re looking for someone with a passion for doing the right thing the right way. Core responsibilities include:• Gaining a deep understanding of the Live Optics architecture in order to drive testing initiatives at multiple levels of the software stack• Gathering, visualization and reporting of comprehensive test metrics to highlight areas of required test investment• Implementation, governance and evangelization of testing best practices• Automation of test cases• Authoring and Executing comprehensive test plans• Communication with management on testing progress, milestones, delays and risks

• 5+ years experience in a QA role• A passion for Quality• Experience in Test Automation• Strong Customer Empathy• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Desirable Requirements• Domain experience in the following: Storage Arrays, Backup and Data Protection Software Products, Database products, Hypervisor virtualization• Experience using Scripting languages and frameworks e.g. Powershell, Bash, MSTest, Selenium, Python• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure stack
