Senior Backend Developer (C#, .NET or Java, English required, up to 80mil)

Job overview We are looking for Senior Backend Developers to join our team. You will collaborate closely with the developer leader of your team. Your primary focus will be developing future-oriented knowledge management tools powered by AI technologies. You will use cloud-native technologies to build, maintain, optimize, and upgrade Microsoft's knowledge management tools. This work will follow agile development management processes and incorporate Microsoft's AI technologies.Trách nhiệm công việc Independently design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable back-end logic for web applications. Use Azure cloud technologies such as C#, .NET, and SQL Server for prototyping, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of back-end logic for web applications. Write high-quality code, ensuring readability, maintainability, and testability. Write clear, readable code and maintain necessary documentation. Design and implement database structures, optimizing query performance and data storage. Collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end. Perform system performance optimization and tuning to improve response speed and throughput. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the production environment. Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in back-end technology and share best practices with the team. Adhere to Microsoft Privacy, Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL), Application Risk Assessments (ARA) standards. Participate in sprint planning and break down user stories into tasks. Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. 5+ years of experience in backend development. Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems, responding quickly and effectively in emergency situations. Strong teamwork and communication skills, able to work closely with multiple team members. Skills required Able to communicate effectively in English. Web back-end development, capable of independently completing system module design and development tasks in the web domain. Proficiency in one web back-end language such as C# (preferred), Java, PHP, or Node.JS. Familiarity with a common web development framework such as ASP.Net Core or Spring Boot. Proficiency in at least one development tool such as Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, or Eclipse. Familiarity with relational databases and SQL language, with experience in designing and optimizing relational databases like SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL. Basic knowledge of front-end technologies related to web development, including HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs. Solid foundation in computer science and object-oriented programming, understanding common design patterns and their usage scenarios. Experience with ChatGPT Prompts and Azure is preferred.
