Writing and optimizing database calls to provide the lowest latency to realtime voice agents.
Designing and building lock free algorithms that manage orchestration of control flow and AI invocation in high throughput environments.
Manage systems that connect, route and manage phone calls using Websockets, UDP, WebRTC. Optimize call quality and jitter across systems.
Design and scale platforms high performance CRMs for specific domains.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a proven track record of building and deploying production-ready applications.
Strong proficiency in either Python, Golang, Node.js or C# and their associated ecosystem.
Willingness to move to another if required.
Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., Redis).
Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Domain Expertise (You’re likely to be using one or more of these concepts described here for your day-to-day)
Experience in writing detailed technical specification and documentation.
Proven experience in optimizing database performance, including query optimization, indexing strategies, and schema design.
Experience with database profiling tools and techniques to identify and resolve database bottlenecks
Strong SQL skills, particularly with PostgreSQL (or similar).
Experience with domain driven design and test driven development
Familiarity with UDP, websockets, VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP, WebRTC) and their underlying mechanisms.
Familiarity with telephony signaling and media processing.
Familiarity with codecs, cloud telephony platforms, routing and their impact on call quality.
Familiarity with call routing, IVR systems, and call queuing.
Familiarity with concepts such as consistent hashing, lock free data structures and orchestration
