Senior Backend Engineer

Responsibilities Develop and maintain backend applications using Java/Kotlin Design, build, and optimize MySQL databases Implement high-performance solutions for backend systems Develop and integrate APIs Participate in system architecture design Collaborate with frontend teams and other stakeholders Write unit tests and ensure code quality Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing with colleagues Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in Java/Kotlin programming Proficiency in MySQL and experience with database performance optimization Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices Experience with frameworks such as Spring Boot Proficient in Git and CI/CD processes Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills Nice to have Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes Experience with GraphQL / gRPC Experience with Elasticsearch, MongoDB Knowledge of web application security Benefits Salary: Competitive Salary Salary review once a year in December Working time is 9:00 - 17:30, 5 days/week Annual Leave is 12 days/year Provide laptop and necessary equipment
