Position title: Brand Manager – Anmum & Ethical MarketingReports to: Marketing Director Business unit: Fonterra Brands Vietnam Organisation unit: Marketing Location: VietnamRole purposeBusiness Unit description: Consumer GoodsTeam fit : MarketingRole purpose and responsibility: • This role is responsible for leading and executing integrated marketing strategies to drive the growth of ANMUM and ETHICAL MARKETING of the adult nutrition portfolio, with a primary focus on the Total10, Heart Plus, new Innovation with targeted benefits.• The Manager will lead and own healthcare professional engagements, strategic partnerships – with association and medical channels, and drive educational communication from HCP’s to consumers. • This position requires strong professional stakeholder management, ability to absorb technical product knowledge and information, and some prior experience in a similar position.Role accountabilities- HCPs & Medical Engagement:• Build brand trust in Medical channels through: digital-first communication, PR, social storytelling, pharmacy activation, and HCP education (doctors/pharmacists).• Identify and execute win-win collaborations with healthcare and retail partners (e.g., FPT Long Châu, Pharmacity), supporting brand purpose and driving consumer conversion.• Own and lead brand integration into professional/HCP events and functions, to tactfully engage HCPs and educate them about our key products such as Anlene Gold, Total 10, HeartPlus, Anmum and other new innovations- Brand Management:• Lead strategic planning and execution of the annual brand plan for Anmum, owning the P&L, pricing strategy, and portfolio mix.- Media & Content Strategy:• Work closely with media/digital agencies and in-house teams to deliver high-performing omnichannel medical/HCP communication. Evaluate performance using a data-driven and test-learn-optimize mindset.- Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration:• Lead project teams & foster collaboration and strong stakeholder management with cross-functional units including Sales, RA, Supply Chain, and Global Brand teams.• Support Marketing Director in coaching team members - Compliance & Risk Management:• Ensure all communication and innovation activities comply with local regulations, presence of scientific substantiation, and Fonterra governance standards.

Education • Bachelor University graduate in Marketing or Sciences• Fluent in English and VietnamesePreferred: An MBA from a reputable University would be an advantageExperience • 6+ years of experience in medical marketing, brand management, innovation roles.• Experience in health care nutrition, dairy or related FMCG/ VMS brands• Track record of stakeholder management, strategic thinking and campaign success• Experience working with regulatory bodies or scientific affairs• Familiarity with all digital performance marketing and social commerce Preferred: Strong experience in Adult Nutrition Medical MarketingTechnical/Functional Expertise • HCP/Pharmacy Engagement (Expert)• Brand Planning and Innovation (Expert)• Consumer Insight & Activation (Expert)• Digital Marketing & Performance Media (Proficient–Expert)• Project Management (Expert)• Strategic Partnership Development (Proficient-Expert)• Financial Acumen – P&L ownership (Proficient)
