Senior Business Analyst (Agile, English)

Essential:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred• 5+ years of experience in product management or similar roles in software development• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and sprint management• Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese• Proven ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment• Experience working with distributed teams across different time zones• Strong technical background with the ability to understand and discuss complex software concepts• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence without direct authority• Excellent organizational and time management skills• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana)Desired Qualities• Experience in the healthcare or clinical research industry• Familiarity with SAS programming and statistical analysis in a clinical/medical context• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in clinical research (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA, GDPR)• Certifications in product management or Agile methodologies (e.g., CSPO, PMP)• Experience with AI and machine learning applications• Proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision• Cultural sensitivity and experience working in multicultural environments
