You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, and translating them into functional specifications for development teams. You will collaborate with stakeholders from various departments, including management, IT, and end-users, to identify and define business needs and opportunities.What you would be doing:• Analyze the requirements from customers’ materials and collaborate with stakeholders to identify business problems, opportunities, and objectives;• Document functional and business requirements documents: create wireframes, user stories, activity diagrams and use cases;• Communicate with customers to clarify business and support if there are any change requirements from customer;• Communicate with development team to ensure correct requirement understanding during implementation;• Support development team to communicate with the customers regarding implementation QA/Issue;• Compose related documents, such as: Requirement Traceability, User Manual, UAT Training, etc.
