Senior Business Analyst / Associate Product Manager

We're looking for a senior business analyst who goes beyond requirements gathering to shape how we build our products. You'll interpret stakeholder needs, design solutions, and work closely with engineering and product to deliver features that solve real business problems.This is a hybrid role combining traditional BA responsibilities with product management elements—you'll own the "what" and "why" of features, design implementation approaches, and ensure what we build actually addresses the underlying business need.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements & Solution DesignLead discovery sessions with stakeholders to uncover needs, not just document requestsTranslate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteriaDesign end-to-end workflows and user journeys for complex featuresMake trade-off decisions between business needs, technical constraints, and user experienceCreate wireframes, process flows, and data models to communicate solutionsProduct CollaborationPartner with product managers to shape roadmap priorities based on stakeholder value and feasibilityOwn specific features or product areas end-to-end, from concept through deliveryAct as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering—translate in both directionsIdentify opportunities for product improvements based on user feedback and dataStakeholder ManagementBuild relationships with internal teams and external customersFacilitate workshops and working sessions to align stakeholders on solutionsCommunicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiencesManage expectations and negotiate scope when neededDelivery & QualityWork embedded with engineering teams throughout development cyclesValidate that delivered features meet both functional requirements and business intentSupport UAT, create test scenarios, and ensure smooth launchesDocument features and create enablement materials for internal teams
