Mô Tả Công Việc
- Liaising between the IT department, User Experience department and the Executive branches
- Analyzing and understanding strategic business needs
- Acting as an information source and communicator between business branches; proposing solutions to meet bussness requirement as well as the design of technical systems if neccessary
- Writing and maintaining robust functional specifications
- Conducting regular stand-ups with development team and product owner in the capacity of a SRUM Master.
- Managing change requests from stakeholders
- Conducting Quality Assurance and Quality Control tests, A/B tests and UAT sections with users and product owners
- Utilizing and analyzing IT data for business insights
- Enhancing the quality of IT products and services
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years in an IT Business Analyst role
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Analytical mindset
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- [Bonus] SCRUM Master Certification
- [Bonus] IT Development experience
