Senior Business Analyst (JIRA, Agile, SQL)

1. Education Level• Bachelor’s Degree on Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.2. Knowledge & Experiences• A minimum of 5 years experience in business analysis, and minimum 3 years in managing internal projects.• Experience in Agile way of work, stock investing or stock analysis is a plus.• Concrete knowledge in various administration processes and internal operations such as HR, CRM, Accounting.3. Technical Skills• Proficient in using diagram softwares.• Familiar with work collaboration tools, such as JIRA, Confluence.• Experience in using Excel VBA and SQL is a plus.4. Soft Skills• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute to new ideas required in a diverse, fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment.• Highly self-motivated and directed.• Keen attention to detail.• Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.• Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
