- Work with internal stakeholders and clients to understand business objectives and gather requirements.
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Create functional and technical specifications for software development projects.
- Work closely with developers to ensure that requirements are properly implemented.
- Support UAT in testing, verifying bugs/issues with clients.
- Manage project scope and change requests.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and management.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
- Write documents (project or product specifications, description, design and analysis)
- Create wireframes, activity diagrams and system process flows
- Create mockup, prototype
- Create Function List (if needed);
- Create SRS (System Requirement Spec)
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese and have good communication skills to be able to communicate directly with customers
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT company
- Experience in an outsourcing company is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with software development teams.
- Experience with Wireframe, mockup, and prototype is a big plus
- Knowledge of testing approaches and techniques
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Trello.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
