Senior Business Analyst (Product Mindset)

About the Role We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a strong product mindset to help bridge the gap between user needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience working in product-based companies, with a proven track record of turning business problems into user-centric, scalable solutions.ResponsibilitiesRequirements Gathering & Analysis Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Convert business needs into functional requirements for the software system. Documentation Create detailed business processes, workflows, use cases, and data model documentation. Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and System Requirement Specifications (SRS). System Design & Specification Work with software architects to translate requirements into technical specifications. Define the system architecture, data flow, and integration points with other systems. Assist in designing user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX). Stakeholder Communication Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team. Participate in client presentations to demonstrate the business value of proposed solutions. Provide end-user support and training for the new business workflows. Testing & Validation Support QA teams by validating that the software meets the business and functional requirements. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT). Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Information Systems or a related field. Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in product-driven companies. Experience working with ERP systems or logistics management software. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, talkative person Prior experience supporting sales is a plus Have programming experience is an advantage Product mindset preferred; especially candidates with experience in product companies.
