The ideal candidate combines business analysis expertise with an interest in technology, capable of understanding client requirements and working collaboratively with our technical team to deliver innovative solutions.This position reports to our CTO and works closely with our Melbourne creative team and international clients. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAI & Technology AnalysisResearch client business processes and identify opportunities for technology improvementsWork with the team to understand AI tools and how they can benefit client projectsSupport the development team in translating business needs into technical solutionsDocument project requirements and collaborate on implementation planningLearn about new AI tools and technologies as they emerge Systems & Project AnalysisUnderstand client technical needs and current system capabilitiesWork with development team to design solutions that meet business objectivesCreate clear documentation that both technical and non-technical stakeholders can understandSupport database and system optimization discussionsResearch and recommend appropriate tools and integrations for client needsCross-Functional Project LeadershipLead technical discovery sessions with Melbourne creative team and international clientsTranslate complex client requirements into actionable development tasksManage project delivery coordination between Vietnam technical team and Melbourne client-facing teamCreate and maintain project documentation in Jira, including detailed user stories and acceptance criteriaFacilitate technical reviews and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementationClient & Stakeholder ManagementPresent technical solutions and recommendations directly to clients via video conferencingConduct technical workshops and training sessions for client teamsLead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination and troubleshootingCreate comprehensive technical documentation and user guidesSupport pre-sales technical consulting and solution architectureQuality Assurance & Process ImprovementEstablish quality standards for technical deliverables and AI-enhanced solutionsMonitor project performance metrics and identify optimization opportunitiesImplement best practices for technical documentation and knowledge managementContribute to internal process improvement and methodology development
